My freezer had been acting up for months with ice buildup. I finally decided to call a professional and found the Liberty Appliance website. I sent a message through their website and was called a short time later, and the next day had a repair person out who expertly and quickly fixed the problem! I have lived in my place for over five years and didn’t even know that my freezer had a ice maker because it had been unhooked. Repair person Jule hooked it up and fixed the clogged hose (and even cleaned the inside of the freezer) It’s a Christmas miracle! Very happy with the service of Liberty Appliance!

Highly recommend Liberty! They were able to send a
technician to my house the very next day after I called. The technician
was super communicative calling me in the morning to book a time and
then calling me before arriving. My description of what was wrong with
my dryer was so basic and I said it sounded ‘scratchy’ yet Jule, the
technician, came fully prepared with all the parts and took the entire
thing apart, replaced some rollers and the lint catcher unit all within
an hour! Jule even vacuumed inside the dryer and the entire space.
So
happy with my experience and so grateful my dyer was able to be fixed
day off!
