Very pleased with the repair service for our dishwasher. The gentlemen was very efficient and also recommended the proper detergent to use. He was kind enough to also look at the washing machine that was making a loud noise and he fixed that problem aswell. Very efficient and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend.

i was concerned about my fridge as the fridge thermometer i had in it showed a temperature in the red zone; so i called liberty; they sent out a repairman who explained that this thermometer warning was incorrect, and explained why to me; he was kind, patient and without being condescending, told me what i needed to look for in future to indicate that the fridge was working properly, which it currently was; he said he didn't want to sell me anything i didn't need, and i was grateful for the fact that he wasn't trying to take advantage of me; i will definitely recommend liberty appliance repair to everyone i know; sandy hall
