Jule serviced our dishwasher. Though it looked like a drain pump issue he throughly checked each part of the dishwasher to make sure it wasn’t another issue first. In the end it was not the pump! Thank you for saving us $$.

Having issues with a new-to-us fridge that came with the house we just moved into. Had a "appliance repair" acquaintance fix the ice maker issue, however when asked he couldn't advise me how to restart the fridge Samsung had instructed me to turn off.
