Dishwasher was not cleaning properly. Repairman came and found out was wrong. Ordered the part came back put it in. Did a great job. Clean, and professional.

We hired Imran to fix our 4 year old refrigerator as it had ice sheets building up in the freezer and there was water leaking from the freezer into the fridge. Imran was very nice, courteous and fixed our fridge! He was very kind, professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Imran for all appliance needs! I called Liberty appliance to repair my Whirlpool fridge. He was able to walk me through the repair, on the phone, and did not even charge for it. Great service would recommend them to everyone.

After spending hours with my multimeter trying to diagnose why my oven wouldn't heat up I had pretty much suspected it was a fault in the relay board but wasn't positive. I called Liberty and they walked me through a diagnosis over the phone. I am so thankful and will definitely call again for help and repairs! It's so rare to get amazing customer service like this and it really does go along way in my confidence in a company. A definite A+ rating from me.

Imran was great and friendly when he came last week to look at my dryer, and was able to fit the service visit into my schedule which was very appreciated. There was an unexpected delay in getting the part replaced, however, the situation was addressed a day later and should be completed today.

The repairman arrived much earlier than expected, which was very much appreciated. Sharon was very quick, knew exactly where the problem was and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. Prompt, quality service, only charged me labour and gave me good advice going forward. I'd call them again for any appliance repair needs.

Emraan is really knowledgeable in his field of work. Originally when we spoke over the phone, we agreed on an estimate fee for a kit installation and the labour, however once he arrived at my place and troubleshooted the fridge, he realized that my fridge already has the kit installed, so he only charged me for the service labour. He also gave a few good tips for the maintenance and clean up. I would definitely recommend his services.

I was very happy with the repair on our refrigerator.

Imran found the cause of the washer leak right away, ordered a new seal assembly and installed it a few days later . Our prior repair tech refused to even look, saying the leak was because we were using too much detergent. I'm so happy our washer is finally not leaking. Thanks Imran. Washer was acting up. Called Liberty on a thursday night and they were at my place within 24 hours. They wore a mask, social distanced, gave an explanation of what's wrong and the approximate cost before continuing. In and out in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
